F. David Egboro

David and Victor

Victor Efe Jakpor

David is a twenty-three year Commercial Real Estate veteran with the J.P. Morgan Real Estate Banking Group in Phoenix, Arizona. During his tenure, he held several positions in various departments with increasing underwriting authority. In his last position as Vice President and Manager of the Financial Analysis Department, he was responsible for training a pool of junior and intermediate analysts who either had career ambitions of becoming a Lending Officer or a Financial Underwriter. Since retiring from J.P. Morgan in April of 2008, David has actively managed a privately-held portfolio of real estate in the southwestern United States. He is a licensed insurance agent and a Certified Probate Specialist.

On a recent trip to his hometown of Sapele, Nigeria, David was troubled and moved by the pervasive hunger, desperation and hopelessness that he saw in the eyes and faces of emaciated children and young adults. Right there, he pledged to do something, anything to make a difference. Enduring Hope Ministries (EHM) was born out of this cesspool of deprivation and starvation and David made the transition to E.J International as president of EHM. Two months later, he enrolled at the Trinity College of the Bible and Theological Seminary in Indiana to pursue a doctorate in Education with a specialization in Christian Theology to better equip him for the new task of ministry ahead.

David initially migrated to the U.S. in 1978 to pursue an advanced degree in Business/Finance. He has served on several boards in the Phoenix area, including the Agape Adopting Agency of Arizona, the Phoenix Museum of History and the River of Life Tabernacle. David and his wife, Marilyn have two children, Rachel and Jeremy and make their home in the Phoenix Metropolitan area.

B.Sc. Business {Cum Laude}: 8/1978 - 8/1982
MBA – Finance: 1/1984 - 12/1984

Victor’s mission is to enrich the quality of lives of people around the World. Through his non-profit organization, Mission Africa, he has worked tirelessly on several fronts: to alleviate poverty in Africa through Educational Projects, Spiritual Support and Community Healthcare initiatives. In 2008, Mission Africa focused on the Ethiope Primary School in Sapele/Amukpe, Nigeria by providing the school with clean water, Toilet & Restroom facilities and Classroom Textbooks for the entire school year.

Victor’s previous career focused on serving others in providing solutions to their physical and financial well-being. In 2007, he was owner and manager of an Allstate Insurance Agency and prior to that, he served as manager at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. in the southwestern part of the U.S during a career that spanned almost a decade. Victor came to the United States in 1983 to pursue a degree in Business/Finance.

He is a past member of Toastmaster International and the Chandler Chamber of Commerce and is married with two children, David and Zachary. He and his wife Linda, reside in Awhatukee, a part of the growing Phoenix Metropolitan area.
